Indian Gooseberry Chutney, this recipe is simple, easy to make and good for health and we can store for some days without adding any preservative. It has many health benefits, hence we will not waste time to make it.
Ingredients:-
Indian Gooseberry: 250gm
Green chili: 3-4
Coriander Leaves: 1 cup
Garlic cloves: 4-5
Jaggery: 1/4 cup
Salt: Accoding to taste
Method Of Making Indian Gooseberry (Amla)Chutney:-
- Wash Indian Gooseberry neatly, try to bring spotless gooseberries.
- In a pressure cooker add 2 cups of water and cook on medium flame, until two whistle come.
- When the gooseberries cooked, mash it with fork and make paste without adding water, note this we have to mash the gooseberries only.
- Now in a blender add green chili, coriander leaves, garlic cloves, jaggery and salt and blend it .
- Add mashed gooseberries, in blender and make paste. According to your taste you can add green chilies.
- Serve this gooseberry chutney with chapati, paratha aur serve as a side dish with lunch.
- You can store it in refrigerator for 3-4 days.
