Garlic: 4-5 ( finely mined )

Green chili: 1 ( finely chopped )

Cumin seeds: 1/4 teaspoon

Turmeric powder: 1/4 teaspoon

Coriander Seed powder: 1/2 teaspoon ( In a blender make fine powder of coriander seeds )

Salt: 1 teaspoon

Mustard oil: 2 teaspoon

Coriander leaves: 1/2 cup (chopped)

  2. Add cumin seeds and let it crackle till golden brown on low flame.
